Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- advise on major regulated investment funds (UCITS and AIF) and management companies (UCITS and AIFM);
- be part of a supportive and dynamic team of "best in class"
Skills and experience
- good general knowledge of UCITS regulations - do yourself the legal search, no use of templates
- Ability to reason quickly and efficiently, capable of translating complex procedures into comprehensive instructions
- Integrity, strong work ethics and commitment to the corporate mission
- Languages : fluent in French & English
