The Role:
To run and managed a very lucrative territory covering the South East including, Kent, Essex etc. As a business development manager initially you will be responsible developing new business through attending appointments of which in the region of 10 will be set up for you by the internal sales team. You will also be expected to self-generate your own appointments through traditional sales techniques such as cold calling and networking with the aim of attending 15+ appointments a week. Once a customers is on board you will also be responsible for growing and developing that account and being able to take advantage of selling a number of other solutions that include print services, software, stationary, payroll services, accreditations etc.

The Candidate:
You will be successful business development manager / area sales representative that can demonstrate the ability and track record of winning new business whilst running a patch in an autonomous manor. Any exposure to software, CCTV, advertising or couriers services would all be advantageous as they have had success with people from those backgrounds previously however not essential as what is more important is that you are an articulate solutions led sales professional.

The Package:
On offer is a base salary of between £30,000-£35,000 with a company car, pension, and health scheme, along with a bonus scheme on top of the commission structure and an opportunity to progress through the ranks as the team continues to grow. Also on offer is an attractive commission structure with an ote of between £65k year 1 which is uncapped and has an attractive accelerator, year 2 you should be aiming for £75k+.
