Our client, a large Property Investment organisation, has a very exciting opportunity for a Property Manager in the Manchester area. This is a great opportunity for the right person to be part of a large, dynamic organisation.

Our client portfolio ranges from the smaller £5m - £10M range to larger £100m+ portfolios.
These portfolio's comprises assets across the UK across all commercial sectors, including: Retail shopping Centres; single and multi-let office buildings; industrial and distribution sheds and large mixed-use development sites.

To continue on target growth, our client is looking to appoint a Property Management Professional looking to develop their experience, based out of their Manchester office. Working in a small, close knit Asset Management team you will be responsible for all aspects of property management with extensive tenant interface.

We are looking for candidates with:

* Extensive 'hands on' property management experience managing commercial properties.
* RICS qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to quickly identify methods of maximising profit of the properties you are responsible for.
* Thorough knowledge of landlord and tenant obligations and be familiar with lettings; leasing; service charge collection; tenant negotiations and related duties.
* Previous shopping centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Practical experience of maintenance works, appointing and managing contractors
* Experience of using Property Management software packages and IT literate
* Excellent communication skills
