Senior ASIC Development Engineer-Power Electronics Innovation

Your duties will include

• Development of smart power functional blocks and complete ASICs from definition to series maturity
• Enabling and supporting the development of economic, efficient and demanding gate driver products
• Circuit Design and simulation
• Layout Design / Supervision / Verifications
• Product Characterization / Release and Documentation

Requirements

• BSc/BEng or MSc preferred with emphasis on Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) Design
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Analog IC Design
• Good understanding of power semiconductors and their application
• High-Voltage analog and mixed-signal IC development experience in CMOS or BCD / BiCMOS would be an Advantage
• Language: Fluent in English, German is an Advantage
