Procurement - Packaging - Interim Role (Contract)
Brand new position has become available with a company that started over 100 years ago and have now grown to over 3000 employees with offices across 50 location world wide. For the procurement department the current Head of Direct Procurement is is need of a Senior Buyer due to internal promotion. The successful candidate will have to have a strong background working in the packaging sector and knows how to work with sub-contractor.
You will be responsible for all sourcing negotiation whilst working closely with high calibre professionals, will allow you to work independently but also work with a great team whilst learning and gaining more experience in the business. As they are a growing company they need someone who knows how to deal with all their products, whilst ensuring that this is done in a strategical manner.
To be successful candidate must have:
- 3-5 years strategical purchasing experience
- Packaging background (essential)
- Experience working with sub-contractors
- Fluent in German & English
