Senior Building Surveyor (Permanent)
We're looking for a Senior Building Surveyor on behalf of a private practice in the West Midlands. This highly successful firm has just opened a new office in the region so this is a very exciting new opportunity.
Our client is particularly busy in the Education sector and we do need previous experience in education for this opportunity. The majority of the instructions are in project work / contract administration although the role also involves some management of maintenance works, building surveys as well as some party wall so the successful candidate will need to be a fairly well rounded Building Surveyor.
The role mostly covers the East / West Midlands region. The office base for the position is in Solihull although the firm is happy to support some flexible working as appropriate. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team with a highly regarded practice.
