We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Controller, working for an exciting manufacturer based in Lytham St Anne's. The Warehouse Controller will report to the Operations Manager with a dotted line to the European Chief Financial Officer who is based in Burton on Trent.
Oversee a team of 20 staff including a Warehouse Supervisor. The warehouse controller will have responsibility for :- Racking, H&S, housekeeping, maintenance of the site using external contractors. Behavioural change of staff, aiming for a right first time attitude.
Reporting statistics, issues and good news to the management in Burton.
Standing in for the Operations Manager in her absence.
Good understanding of the supply chain process, able to lead by example and create a vibrant, happy working environment.

The successful candidate will have a string warehousing background and more importantly have very strong people management and will be able to get the best out teams and get everyone pulling in the same direction.
