Ecological Clerk of Works (Contract)
We have an excellent opportunity for an ECOLOGICAL CLERK OF WORKS which will be based in Kendal, Cumbria

This is a long-term project, initially expected completion will be 2023
The successful Candidate will have the following:
IEMA recognised environmental auditing qualification
Base Location -relatively local to the works, especially due to ongoing pandemic restrictions
Minimum 10 years experience in required role
Good project management and personal time management skills
Good organisational skills
Experience in working on site for monitoring set up of works, clearance works, construction works and reinstatement
Experience in undertaking audits of live construction sites
Familiarity with NGSA framework conditions
Familiarity with standard forms of construction contracts (NEC3 and 4) and the infrastructure and construction industry
Combination of professionalism in dealing with stakeholders and assertiveness in representing the Client's interests
Experience of working in a commercial environment would be advantageous.
