Real Estate Solicitor (Permanent)

My client, a leading Top 100 Legal Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their expanding offices in London.

As the successful Real Estate Solicitor, you will be joining a successful and growing Real Estate department, where you will be responsible for dealing with high quality Commercial Real Estate work for a range of clients. In addition to managing your own caseload, you will be encouraged to work closely with Senior members of staff on Business Development duties for the department.

To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate great experience within Commercial Real Estate. You will have managed your own caseload on Commercial Leases, Development agreements and Commercial Sale and Purchase transactions.

Ideally, you will be 3-5 years PQE and experience of Commercial Property in the healthcare industry would be advantageous. Strong academics and a hardworking attitude are also required for this position.
