Health Litigation Solicitor (Permanent)
Clinical Negligence Solicitor | 3+ years PQE / CILEX | Liverpool
Our client, an international top 100 law firm are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their Health Litigation department on a permanent basis.
The Clinical Negligence Solicitor role will involve managing your own full-litigated caseload of Clinical Negligence files, provide support to clients with litigation claims, draft reports, prepare for and attend trial, provide assistance in the running of colleague files where necessary, interview witnesses, negotiate settlements, hold conferences with Counsel and conduct your own advocacy.
This fantastic opportunity will allow flexible working of 2 / 3 days home working and the rest of the week will be based in their office in Liverpool City Centre.
The ideal candidate will be 3+ years PQE or CILEX qualified with proven knowledge and experience of managing a caseload independently through to the litigation process in Clinical Negligence You will demonstrate a high level of IT and organisational skills as well as exceptional client care, written and verbal communication skills.
