Civil Litigation Solicitor (Permanent)
Our client a well-regarded law firm are looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Dispute Resolution Team.
The Role:
The firm is looking for an experienced, proactive, ambitious litigator to advise on General Civil Litigation including property disputes, personal injury, landlord and tenant, debt, contract and neighbour disputes. Experience of dealing with contentious probate matters would be an advantage.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will have at least 12 months previous experience of running a mixed case load of Civil Litigation matters to include the above matters.
- You will ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- The ideal candidate will be well organised and have excellent time management skills.
