Social Marketing Executive (Permanent)

Acorn Recruitment is seeking an Employer Brand Marketing Consultant to join a global manufacturer in Port Talbot, South Wales.

Salary - £25,000 to £35,000pa (depending on experience)

Who we're looking for?

We are looking an experienced online Employer Brand Marketing Consultant educated to degree level ideally in Marketing, Communications or related discipline. You will have previous experience of online marketing to include SEO, Social media, ideally in recruitment or HR. You will have creative ideas balanced with practical know how as well as project management experience including qualitative and quantitative research.

You will work actively with a recruitment team that consists of 10 people. In addition, you will work with your colleagues in communication and digital marketing.

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead UK, you will responsible for marketing and engagement strategies leveraging on all relevant tools and social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor etc.

You will know how to use video, photo and all other content drivers. You will also be responsible for identifying and applying for suitable industry awards, competitions and events.

Within this role, you will evaluate the success of external recruitment campaigns using analytical tools available such as Google analytics, PeopleLink advanced analytics, feedback. You will be responsible for the production and analysis of monthly source data to improve ROI.

You will manage the relationship with external partners such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

You will be expected to keep abreast of technology advancements specifically social and determine how we can best use these and benchmark our offering and activities against
