Registered Manager Nurse Qualified (Permanent)
Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Registered Manager - working for a well established Independent Nursing and care home, based in Lytham?
Clayton Nursing is currently assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Nurse Qualified Home Manager for our clients well established 25-35 bedded Nursing / Care Home situated in Lytham. The service is owned by a successful independent family owned provider, and provides excellent premium care that is at the forefront of best practice, and has a good rating with CQC.
The post is full time and comes with a salary of £45,000 (DOE&Q). This post comes with additional benefits to be discussed at interview.
As the successful applicant you will have at least 5 years previous experience as a Registered Home Manager, able to demonstrate a strong track record of excellence and delivering results within the homes that you have previously worked (good/outstanding CQC reports, low staff turnover, high occupancy rates). You will be Nurse qualified with an active NMC pin, and be able to demonstrate longevity in your previous employment contracts.
