Membership Service Adviser (Permanent)

You'll be working for a not for profit medical union, one of the UK's leading membership organisations, set up over 100 years ago and are the leading union within their field. The primary role of the Membership Services Advisor is to conduct two-way communication with union members through a variety of communication channels in order to provide a world-class service whilst promoting member loyalty and brand reputation.

This diverse role will see you:

*capture, evaluate and feedback on market and competitor activity, making recommendations for the improvement of products and services.
*make and take telephone calls in order to update member account details and subscriptions, answer queries, represent the brand and deliver an exceptional member experience
*complete after call work administration and member correspondence to agreed accuracy and productivity standards
*responding to, log and rectify Adverse Incidents and Complaints
*deliver a world-class service, ensuring the retention and implementation of all provided training materials


Knowledge, Skills & Experience: You'll need:
*Proven experience in a customer service role
*a degree
*Excellent commitment to customer service
*Ability to communicate effectively by letter, email and phone
*Strong Numeracy, literacy and MS office skills
