Step up in your role, Director of Operations (Permanent)
A highly successful company that focuses on cell therapy would hire a strong operations director who has a strong experience with strategic vision and would like to take on a new challenge.
If you are a strong leader who enjoys training and developing others you will have plenty of opportunity to develop your teams and therefore have a strong input.
Overall you will be a focal point in the business ensuring the manufacturing and warehousing processes run smoothly and achieving good results in terms of timeline, quality, safety and quantity.
I would like to discuss this further if you meet the below experience level:
- Fluent in French and English
- Degree in Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology or similar
- 10+ years of management experience within a GMP or aseptic environment
- Experience with production budgeting
- Six Sigma Green belt is a bonus
