Country SALES Manager - Plant Protection Products
For one of our clients, one of the biggest companies from the agrochemical industry, we are currently looking for an experienced Country Manager ( DACH) to join its German entity.
The role is a combination of technical and commercial management. As a senior team leader you will be responsible for a high qualified group of specialists, where you can prove your management talent and build your global network.
Your profile :
- Degree in agrochemical, chemical and /or business economics
- Industry experience in general management, sales management or sales director roles in an international environment
- Demonstrated experience in leading and energising teams to develop and execute commercial growth plans in a competitive environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations
- Marketing / business development background
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong interpersonal & team building skills
Your daily tasks will include:
- Commercial leadership, direction and strategy for DACH region
- Lead development of country strategy for DACH in liaison and alignment with the rest of Europe
- Leadership and incorporating local management input
- Development of local teams to enable them to execute country specific and global strategies
- Strong focus on building executive level of customer & distributor relationships to leverage new product portfolio for different markets and crops
- Deliver annual commercial results and develop the strategy for DACH countries in line with regional & global strategy
