Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Permanent)
A well-Established, regional Law firm is expanding is property team due to continued success and looking for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their property team in for their offices in Northwich.
In order to be successful in this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role you must be a qualified Solicitor/ CILEx/ Licensed Conveyancer and hold at least have 3yrs experience working as a Residential Conveyancer handling your own caseload of around 50 files from inception to completion, including Sale & Purchase, leasehold and Freehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Salary on the role is up to £40,000 DOE, with staff benefits including annual leave entitlement that increases with service, flexible home working available and on-site parking.
