Real Estate Solicitor (4 years PQE) (Permanent)
Our client, a long established and reputable firm located in Croydon are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their expanding department on a permanent basis.
The successful Real Estate Solicitor will handle their own mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property files including freehold / leasehold, Sales and Purchase, Re mortgages and Landlord & Tenant with minimal supervision from inception to completion reporting into the Property Partners.
The ideal Real Estate Solicitor will be 4+ years PQE with extensive experience in a similar position with Landlord & Tenant experience desirable. You will be ambitious, dedicated with excellent client care skills.
The salary for this position is negotiable depending on experience and are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.
