Defendant Clinical Negligence - 2-6 years (Permanent)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Litigation Associate Solicitor to work in a leading and award-winning firm to help progress their Health Litigation team.
The successful Health Litigation Associate Solicitor will have the opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing teams in health as the department continues to grow year upon year. The Associate Solicitor will have a full caseload of Clinical Negligence claims for the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and other defendant clinical negligent clients.
The Role:
* Must be able to run a caseload of Clinical Negligence files.
* Be able to draft reports to the NHS Resolution.
* Interview witnesses.
* Instruct experts.
* Instruct counsel.
* Attend court for case management conferences and hearings.
* Negotiate settlements.
* The working hours will be 37.5 hours with flexible working options.
The Candidate
* You must have experience 3 years+ experience.
* You must have a proven track record in Clinical Negligence.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Adhere to guidelines and meet client KPI's.
* Must be proactive and be able to take the initiative.
* It would be desirable to have Defendant Clinical Negligence experience at NHSR Panel or MPS.
