£55,000 per annum
NonStop Care is working with an Outstanding therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a national presence, in order to recruit for a permanent Regional Fostering Manager who can cover their West Midlands area.
The IFA is rated as Outstanding across all of their services across the country, which highlights that you will part of an working environment that is very keen on delivering a high level of care.
The responsibilities of the Regional Fostering Manager are:
- you will be overseeing a number of Fostering Area Managers in the West Midlands area, ensuring them and their teams are providing an Outstanding level of care and support
- ensuring the delivery of specialist therapeutic services and liaising with the clinical team
- be involved in the strategic planning with the Director and with the Registered Manager
- managing budgets

Requirements:
- Experience at the senior management level, including operational and strategic management of a fostering service
- Very good understanding of the Fostering Legislation and National Minimum Standards
- Proven track of motivating and developing a team
- Social Work Degree
- Driving license
