Mortgage Advisor (Permanent)
I am looking for a diligent and competent Mortgage Advisor to join a successful and busy Independent Estate Agents based in Selly Oak. Due to their continued successes year on year, they're looking to expand their team. You will be working as part of a lively, friendly and sociable office where success is truly celebrated.
- £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £50K +
- Permanent position
- Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
You will be working inside an extremely busy estate agents, following up on a number of leads to support potential customers with Mortgage options.
- You will be provided a number of leads to follow up and pursue
- Responsibility to identify the client's mortgage and protection shortfall needs fully and to present relevant solutions
- Responsibility for adherence to compliant process within all sales
- Building relationships with clients
- Working towards targets
- Implementation of company policy
- Develop and grow effective working relationships internal and external
- Responsible for keeping yourself updated on company policies.

About you?
- You must be an experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor
- Proven track record
- Natural at business developer
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Experience within an Estate Agency would be advantageous
- You should be a team player who can also work on their own, be upbeat and positive with a passion for customer service
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
