An award-winning Top 50 law firm are looking for Property litigation solicitors to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client delivers a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

This Property Litigation Solicitor role will involve running their own caseload from instruction to completion dealing with all aspects of property litigation cases, commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals and injunctions.

In addition to handling a caseload of residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery, disrepair's for housing associations and residential landlords.

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor must have ideally at least 2 year's experience in managing a full caseload of Property Litigation matters.

Newly qualified solicitors would also be considered.

Salary is dependent on PQE and experience.
