Regional Operations Manager - Fostering Agency
£55,000 per annum
NonStop Care is looking for a Regional Operations Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency on a permanent basis. You will be covering the Gloucestershire and West Midlands area.
They are a national IFA with an excellent reputation in the UK. All their services have been rated as Outstanding by Ofsted and they are a therapeutic agency.
As a Regional Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be as below:
- you will be working closely with the Fostering Director
- you will be part of the Operational Management Team and will be responsible for a number of local Area Managers and their teams
- you will be involved in the strategic planning
- you will be managing the budget for the West Midlands and Gloucester areas
- you will not hold the Ofsted registration

Requirements:
- Experience at the senior management level, including operational and strategic management of a fostering service
- Very good understanding of the Fostering Legislation and National Minimum Standards
- Proven track of motivating and developing a team
- someone who is strategically minded
- Social Work Degree
- Driving license
