Search Consultancy is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager for a globally successful Logistics & Distribution company in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Responsibilities include:

- Responsibility for the full warehouse operation ensuring it runs smoothly.
- Managing over 100 warehouse operatives across multiple departments with a number of supervisors.
- The role will consist of overseeing a large part of the warehouse procedures and operations: Goods in, Goods out, Dispatch, Picking & Packing etc.
- Experience in a similar environment in a managerial role is preferable.
- Computer literate and adaptable to new IT systems.
- Previous experience in Warehousing, distribution, logistics and manufacturing is advantageous.
- Being able to demonstrate lean warehousing, implementing improvements, such as 5S or Six Sigma.
- Individuals with a strong Health and Safety background, Man Management skills, KPI/Target focussed.
- The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, team player, motivated and with a strong character; a forward thinker always looking to improve efficiency.

Hours, benefits and salary:
- Annual salary of between 30k-33k dependant on experience.
