TEAMLEADING SPECIALIST IN REGULATORY AFFAIRS & BPR

For one of our clients, we are looking for a REACH expert who specialises in biocidal product registration with and excellent understanding of how to regulate the registrations of chemical products under national and European laws. The company is a world wide manufacturer in premium pool and spa water treatments, and are on the hunt for a motivated team leader.

This is an enterprise focused on providing its employees with the use of the latest technology. Which means you will have exposure to machinery and equipment of very high standards to help you work most efficiently and achieve your goals.

Tasks you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the correct EU laws and regulations are in place in order to register the biocidal products accordingly
• Coordinate and manage your own regulatory team of internal and external consultants
• Oversee the company's safety data sheets
• Assisting the Research and Development team to improve the companies chemical product range
• Procurement and commissioning of testing laboratories for registration purposes

Requirements:

• Have a an excellent understanding of EU regulations, GHS/CLP and REACH
• A strong chemical background (Masters, Engineer or P.h.D)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BPR (preferable)
• Team leading experience would be an advantage
• Fluency in German and English (or French)
