Our client a leading catering company are currently recruiting for a Coffee Supervisor to join their flagship site in London.
As the coffee supervisor, you will be running a busy unit at this flagship store and responsible for the following:
Control and management of raw materials
Waste management (target zero waste)
Control and management of the coffee bar/grocery/dining room inventory
Management training of coffee bar staff about beverages recipes, according to
corporate training standards, with the support of the training team.
Responsible maintaining high standards and ensuing that customers receive an excellent level of customer service.
Good management of workflows and orders
Knowledge of the entire range of products (kitchen prep too) and raw materials.
Meet all daily and weekly activities based on the assigned areas
POS Systems management
Customers' relation and sales targets
