Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Permanent - Immediate Start - FIXED SHIFTS!!!
£7.68 per hour - Preston Brook - All Inbound Calls - On-Site Parking Available

We are looking for a Collections Advisor to join our call centre team based in Preston Brook. Immediate starts are available.


Key Responsibilities include:

* Handle outbound calls from current customers to set up payment plans
* Processing and replying to customer emails.
* Taking credit and debit card payments from customers.
* Dealing with customer queries, aiming for first time resolution on every call.
* Ensuring attention to detail is maintained when placing orders/speaking to customers.
* Using multiple systems including in-house systems, emails and excel
* Hours of work are 37.5per hours: Monday 9-7:30, Thursday 10AM - 8 PM, Friday 10 AM - 8 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 6 PM


Key Requirements:

* Ideally, you will come from a customer service background, or be willing and determined to learn to be a great customer service advisor
* A will to learn and progress within a highly respected global company
* Team player, willingness to learn new skills and thrive in an environment that can develop you professionally!
* You must be able to pass a lenient credit check with a major credit reference company
* Be able to pass a CRB check
* Glowing references for the past 3 years
