Recruitment Coordinator (Contract)

Recruitment Coordinator for one of the most important government departments

This governmental agency aims to process and update the information system, services, data and technology in the United Kingdom. Their main aim is to make sure that everyone has a chance to reach their potential. They are currently searching for a recruitment coordinator to support the recruitment process from on-boarding to the termination of contract.

On one hand you will be able to enhance your recruiting skills in a digital environment by working closely with the IT and digital team. On the other hand, you will progress on the path towards a talent acquisition specialist and increased career opportunities within the public sector. As a recruiting coordinator for this governmental agency, your main duty will be to guide candidates through the end to end recruitment process.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the public sector

- Strong skills using ATS

- Preferred: previous experience in recruitment in the public sector

- Prior experience in recruitment

- Preferred: knowledge of civil service recruitment principles

- Preferred: good knowledge of digital skills market

- Ability to work in an Agile environment
