The Company:

They have a talented high performing cross functional team made up of web developers, learning specialists, designers and scientists, who are experts in their filed. Their product is fun interactive and designed to have an optimal Ui for their end users, university pupils. With the radical pedagogical shift that the lockdown has created there has never been more of a need for such a product, which marries theory with practical use. The demand for their product is growing day by day and even after the lockdown will end and students will be able to get back to normal life, their tools will still be relevant as it can be used for a revision tool, for example they can simulate lab environments and experiment on things you would not be able to do, in a Lab. Their product is also used to make classrooms more interactive and animated.

The Role:

Due to the high demand of their product, they are now looking to grow their team and add another Junior/Mid Front-End developer to the team. You are going to be doing a mixture of activities and working on different areas of the business. An eye for detail and creative flair is important for this role as you will be making interactive Front Ends that will be animated. What is paramount for this role is a passion for education, EdTech and improving classroom experience. Attitude is more important than your actual skillset you also need to a self-starter who is proactive in their learning and pick things up quickly. This doesn't mean you won't have the support; the team will be there to support you along your journey.

Requirements:

*Modern JavaScript Framework ( React - Angular - Vue - Etc)
*CSS, HTML, MySQL
*You need to be a self-starter
*Interested in EdTech

Desired Requirements:

*University degree in a Computing, Stem or Design.
*Back end experience with Node.js/PHP
