Acorn is recruiting for Production operatives to fulfil immediate vacancies on behalf of our client.
Location: Warrington (WA5)
Working hours: 4x12hr shifts per week following a fixed shift pattern, which includes some weekend working and a mixture of day and night shifts.
Salary: £9.97ph plus additonal night and shift premiums
Due to location, own transport is preferable as there is no public transpor to site
Seeking experienced Production Operatives to join their team at their Warrington manufacturing site.
Temporary to permanent position.
About the role:
- Carrying out basic quality checks, recording data, and taking action as required to keep process in spec. at all times.
- Operation of automated production lines, in accordance with relevant H&S and food safety/quality procedures
- A mixture of operating modern high-speed automated production lines, as well as being responsible for strip down, cleaning and re-assembly of the lines during cleaning/maintenance windows.
Experience required:
- Previous relevant production experience is desirable ideally food production
- You must be able to commit to fixed shift patterns that include both days/night shifts and some weekend work (2 out of 3)
- You must adhere to safe working practices (to include H&S, food safety and quality, and process efficiency)
- Reliability & good timekeeping
