Considering their increased workload from securing a couple of key contracts, this digital agency are now looking for their next Digital Project Manager to join their team and support the Head of delivery. There is 4 Project Managers, and you will be working across a cross function team.

Moreover, due to their easy-going flat company structure, you will be welcomed to input ideas and take on more responsibility which is the perfect opportunity for a Digital Project Manager to solidify their abilities, learn and progress into the company. The culture of this company is the best bit about them of course alongside the interesting project and clients they work with.

For example, one of the Directors told everyone to take the Tuesday afternoon off and enjoy a couple of pints in the sun on the company card!

If you have this experience you will be successful in your application:


*3-5 years' experience in Digital Project Management on projects involving tight collaboration between design and technology.
*Ability to translate intricate project requirements into manageable design and development briefs.
*It is paramount that you have previous experience in an agency environment as a Digital Project Manager.
*Passionate about digital and have a solid knowledge of digital design and development.
*Expertise in managing timelines, calculating project budgets, creating burn-reports and financial success metrics.
*Ability to identify and mitigate against project risks.
*Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and prioritise workload (internally and externally).

Package:

The salary for this role is anywhere between £30,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience. There is also an appreciation of work life balance hence the flexi time and the remote working days. Although initially they would like to see you in the office. A relaxed supportive working environment. Regular socials and Deliveroo.
