NURSE QUALIFIED REGISTERED MANAGER (Permanent)

Clayton Nursing is currently recruiting an experienced Nurse Qualified Registered Manager for our clients established and prestigious30-40 bedded Nursing Home in the Southport area. The home is easily accessible, holds a good CQC rating and comes highly recommended, boasting excellent occupancy levels and exceptional quality of service.

The role will be Full time at a rate of £38,000 -£44,000 per annum, with a generous benefits package, extensive training and progression opportunities, and a fantastic working environment

As the Home Manager you will:

*Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct and to ensure that the highest standard of appropriate care is provided at all times.

*Ensure that staffing levels are at all times maintained to the levels required ensuring the safe occupancy of residents and that they are adjusted as appropriate to meet the needs of the residents.

*Over see all aspects of the day to day running of the homes, ensuring a uniformly high standard of resident care and nursing practice is achieved.

*Have overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the services on site.

*Ensuring that the homes are strictly compliant with CQC regulations, and that the homes maintain their excellent occupancy levels,

*Ensure clinical records are well maintained and systems are in place for staff to communicate effectively on clinical issues.

To be considered for the position you must have the following:

*Experienced Nurse Manager - with Full active PIN registration

*Already the holder of or prepared to attain the Level 5 Diploma / Registered Managers Award

*An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style, hands on management style and excellent organisational skills,
