Responsibilities:
- Dealing with reservations and front desk enquiries
- Checking guests in and out; providing a high level of customer care
- Effectively dealing with telephone and online queries
- Dealing with cash and card transactions made
- Ensuring all transactions made balance and are reconciled
Skills required:
- Experience working with a front office systems
- Strong communication skills
- Proven customer service and reception experience
- Ability to work unaided using own initiative
