Acorn is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives/ VNA drivers to fulfill immediate vacancies on behalf of our client.
Working hours: 4 on 4 off (4 days 7am - 7pm & 4 nights 7pm - 7am).
Rate of pay for the first 4 weeks while training is £9.50 per hour for days and £10.50 per hour for nights.
After successful completion of training the rate will increase to £11.00 per hour for days and £12.00 per hour for nights.
Duties
- Receiving pallets from trailers
- Transporting around the warehouse
- Input/output from VNA racking
- Loading trailers
- Any other reasonable warehouse duties as required
Candidate Requirements
- VNA license (if the successful candidate does not have a vna licence then they must be happy to be trained to drive a VNA truck as this is a requirement of the role)
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Health and safety awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
