Your responsibilities would be:
- Offering a qualitative well being service for our client's employees
- Being the main source of correspondence regarding the employees who need mental heath support
- One on one CBT sessions
- Opportunities for group therapy sessions, workshops or events
- Psychological assessments for the employees utilising best practices

Requirements:
- BABCP full registration
- Previous experience in a related position
- Practice and autonomy in operating their own number of cases handled
- Post Graduate Diploma in CBT or accredited course
Nice to have: clinical experience or corporate environment experience
