Your responsibilities would be:

• Offering a qualitative well being service for our client's employees
• Being the main source of correspondence regarding the employees who need mental heath support
• One on one CBT sessions
• Opportunities for group therapy sessions, workshops or events
• Psychological assessments for the employees utilising best practices

Requirements:

• BABCP full registration
• Previous experience in a related position
• Practice and autonomy in operating their own number of cases handled

• Post Graduate Diploma in CBT or accredited course

Nice to have: clinical experience or corporate environment experience
