Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

The Position:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, able to manage conveyancing files from end to end, to join our expanding law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Possibility to undertake some commercial work
• Managing the timescales of the conveyancing process
• Producing standard completion letters
• Dealing with the registration of the properties at the Land Registry
• Dealing with any necessary notices that need to be given to any third parties such as landlords
• Liaising with the client in regards to the conveyancing process and completions
• Finalising files for closure

The Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years' conveyancing experience
• Used to dealing with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Drive to succeed and deliver first class service
• Extensive knowledge of residential property matters
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
