£40,000 - £45,000 non supervisory status

up to £55,000 with supervisory status

The firm:

The firm were initially based in London and have since expanded and now have 20 offices across the UK. They offer exciting opportunities to develop to enable staff to meet their professional goals. You will be undertaking all aspects of leadership and day to day management for a team of fee earners who you will be responsible for in mentoring, supporting and developing them to deliver exceptional client care and quality legal work, as well as running your own successful caseload of Legal Aid files.

The candidate:

• A Qualified and experienced lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
• You will be either;

o A member of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme;

o A member of the Law Society's Children Law Accreditation Scheme; or

o A Resolution Accredited Specialist or have successfully completed Part I (core assignment) of the Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme.

• Be willing to gain an accreditation if non of the above
• Possess family law experience - be able to demonstrate previous chargeable hours
• Previous supervisory experience is an essential requirement of this role
• Be familiar with the online legal aid scheme (CCMS)
