Want to work for a young, ambitious, and dynamic Law firm, who like to break away from the stereotypical image of a traditional firm?

This innovative and forward-thinking firm are looking for a Family Solicitor to Head up their team in West Yorkshire.

This HOD Family role will involve being at the forefront of this growing department, dealing with a high-quality caseload of Private Family matters of Divorce and Finance, Disputes, and Children matters.

You will have excellent experience and knowledge of Private Matrimonial matters including Surrogacy & adoption cases. You will be joining an award-winning family team, which consists of vastly experienced solicitors and paralegals, and you'll take full responsibility for your own caseload of private family law matters. You will be dealing with work of the highest quality (mid to high net worth) and ensure that you provide the highest level of service to all your clients

This role will involve supervising the department which comprises of a mix of trainee solicitors and, paralegals this role is NOT a traditional legal environment - quite the opposite!

The successful HOD Private Family Fee Earner must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive who has a desire to develop the firm's existing business and referral network with experience of mentoring and supervising members of a team.

* Salary negotiable depending upon experience (Very Competitive).
