Corporate Finance Executive:
Nonstop Consulting is looking for a talented chartered accountant or finance analyst who wants to get true commercial exposure and join a high flying Corporate Finance team based in the City of London. The medium sized UK investment firm provides a range of services to clients to help build shareholder value, with a particular focus on growing companies. This will be a perfect position for somebody who wants to get exposure to IPOs, M&A and some capital market work instead of a typical reporting or analyst role. You will have a significant impact on transactions and have the opportunity to upskill immediately. Ideal candidate will likely already be in a commercial role such as transactions, deal advisory, valuations or similar team.
Responsibilities:
- Advising companies in both the public and private company arena on transactions.
- Working in a smaller team of 7, including Director's and Partner's of the firm
- Execution of corporate finance mandates, focusing on UK clients and include IPOs, capital markets work and some M&A.
- The Finance Executive level equates to the Senior Analyst/Associate level in an investment bank.
Requirements:
- ACA Qualified or CFA (Or Equivalent)
- Investment Banking or Top Accounting Firm background
- Interest in public markets and small and mid-cap broking
