Corporate Commercial Associate Solicitor| Contract Basis | Central London
Our client, a professional legal practice is seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Company Commercial Solicitor to join their team on a maternity cover basis lasting 10 months starting from January 2021. The firm are located in Central London.
The ideal Solicitor will be a minimum of 2+ years PQE with experience of private company and asset sales and acquisitions, joint venture / shareholder agreements, commercial contracts and private company reorganisations (share buy backs).
You will have the ability to manage a complex caseload from inception to completion with the ability to follow procedures in accordance with firms standards.
This opportunity is a 10 month contract however there is the possibility to go permanent. Flexible working is also available.
The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
