Daniel Owen North are currently working with a national contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a £30m residential apartment block in Leeds. This project is currently at the stage of enabling works, with the core due to commence in early April. The ideal candidate will have experience with a national main contractor on similar residential/PRS schemes.
This project is due to run for the next two and half years in the centre of Leeds.

- Co-ordination of tasks

- RAMS
- Inductions
- Managing certain packages of work
- Client liaison
- Working to the programme
You must have...
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS (Black card)
- HND/HNC (Desireable)
