Salary: £35,000 - £42,500

Nonstop care is working with a well established children's charity in the Cardiff area to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker.

As a charity, they are child focused in how they operate with their priority being on achieving the best possible outcomes for children in care.

This role offers some homeworking flexibility, meaning you will be able to work partly from home for a better work life balance.

Caseloads are manageable between 10-12, giving you the time you need to adequately support foster carers.

Candidates without direct fostering experience will be considered and would be provided with tailored training so this an excellent opportunity for social workers looking to get enter this area.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities in this role centre on providing support and supervision to a caseload of foster families. There will also be some recruitment and Form F assessment responsibilities.

Requirements:

This role requires that you hold a recognised social work qualification and social work Wales registration. You will also need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
