Home based Supervising Social Worker
£30,000 - £35,000

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in Cumbria in order to recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

This is a home based role, so you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will have a small caseload of about 8 to 10 foster carers. The role involves supervising the foster families only. You will not be completing any form f assessments, as they have a separate team that does that for them. This means you will be less busy and you will have the chance to finish work on time and have a better work - life balance.

Requirements:

Please apply if:

- you are a Qualified Social Worker

- you have experience in fostering or in working within a child protection or looked after children's team

- you have a Social Work Degree and a driving license
