Opportunity for a digital Project Manager for a specialist design and development agency who are leaders within the business process transformation sector. The team is made up some of the most experienced digital solution creators in the industry. They work with the likes of Willmott Dixon, Wates and John Adams & Index, developing tailored software solutions.

Due to recent contract wins, the company are looking to scale up rapidly and as such a number of positions have now become available. This Digital Project Manager role is a very important one for them. You will be delivering projects from conception through to release; working closely with the technology and design teams to ensure all projects are successful and of a high quality.

Ideally you come from a Digital Agency and have worked on large projects.

What the role involves?

  • Project Management of web projects; managing the process from concept/briefing, through to release and beyond.
  • Proactively growing and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • An understanding of how digital marketing / SEO fits into the overall project life cycle.
  • Management and ownership of all project documentation including: scoping documents; statements of work; functional specifications; budgets; and status report.
  • Comfortable talking about process, CMS platforms and integrations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while maintaining high
  • Standards of service.


Essential skills:

  • 2+ years' work experience in Digital Project Management
  • Experience in a Digital Agency working on large projects
  • Ability to translate project requirements into manageable design and development briefs.
  • Previous experience in an agency environment as a Digital Project Manager.
  • Passionate about digital and have a solid understanding of digital design and development.
  • Expertise in managing timelines, calculating project budgets, creating burn-reports and financial success metrics.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate against project risks.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and prioritise workload

Role is Hybrid (1 day a week) based in their Leeds office and paying £40,000
