Registered Manager - Outstanding Ofsted - Up to £59k+ Bonuses (Permanent)
Nonstop care is working with an Good-Ofsted rated Children's home in the East Midlands that are looking for a Registered Manager to join the team in the opening of their second home.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational aspects of the children's residential home in compliance with legal and policy mandates.
- Supervise and enhance the quality of support while ensuring the safety of children and young individuals under the care of Cherry Tree House.
- Engage children and their families in your work, aligning with the home's equality policy.
- Meet the qualifications necessary to be recognized as a registered manager with Ofsted's approval.
- Fulfil all the duties and responsibilities of a registered manager as stipulated by the Children's Homes Regulations 2001.
- Utilize information technology and related systems in adherence to the home's established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 5 in Care
- 3 years' experience of working with children in a residential setting in the last 5 years, with at least 2 years' experience of supervising staff
- Qualification in Safeguarding Children
- Proficiency in IT, including the use of email, internet, and maintaining electronic records
- Familiarity with National Minimum Standards and Children's Homes Regulations
- Possession of a valid driving licence
- Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Certificate
- Competency in mathematics and English
- Legal authorization and documentation to work in the UK
