Our client is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Ground Investigations Engineer to join their Geoscience department. As part of a small team of three professionals within a larger business, you will have a unique opportunity for mentorship and rapid career growth. This is a chance to be one of the original members of the new team, as they embark on aggressive growth plans.

Unlike global consultancies with rigid hierarchies, their team operates in an unregulated structure, providing you with greater autonomy and the ability to make a significant impact. This type of opportunity is perfect for individuals who are eager to accelerate their career progression.

They offer a hybrid work model, where those with 0-2 years of experience will benefit from mentorship in the office three days per week. For individuals with more experience, the role can be 100% remote, providing flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere. You will not be limited to site work alone; reporting and CAD work will be part of your responsibilities.

Their projects include collaborations with prominent organisations such as Ringway, the largest civils company in the UK, as well as EV installations with industry leaders like Shell and BP. Additionally, you will work on residential projects catering to affluent clientele and various development initiatives.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 for a Graduate Engineer, with the potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience, welcoming fresh graduates
• An MSc is preferred, although exceptional candidates with a BSc will be considered
• Possession of a full UK driving license
