Our client in North East London is looking for a Qualified Social Worker for the Adults Locality Team.

Seeking an experienced social worker with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience, specifically in handling complex safeguarding and Court of Protection cases. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a challenging caseload under supervision, adhering to policy, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive written statements and representations for court hearings.
  • Exercise sound judgement in complex decision-making, prioritising service user involvement and needs-led assessments.
  • Identify and assess risks and needs within statutory frameworks, conducting safeguarding investigations and delivering supportive services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure holistic care planning and delivery.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience.
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent in Social Work.
