Social Worker - Hospital Team
South Mid Wales based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Hospital Team on a 6 month rolling contract to be a part of a New Team. You will have an average of 20 cases working with Older Clients packages assessing them on wards.
For this post you will be working with transitions and complex needs cases and can get into the office later in the day if required.

To be considered for this post you should have held a post as an Adult's Social Worker. Driving is not essential to the role although will be beneficial.
