Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Newcastle Emlyn
Shifts: 6am - 6pm and 6 pm - 6 am, working 5 on 4 off, 4 on 5 off

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor the production process to ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met.
- Conduct quality checks on products, identifying and addressing defects or issues.
- Assist with the packaging and labelling of finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
