Duties:
- Carrying out General DIY/ Maintenance on occupied properties including painting and decorating.
- Minor works that range from changing light bulbs to tap washers and minor trade repair
Experience:
- Must have a full UK driving license
- Must have Multiple DIY/ trade experience
